PiYo involves a mix of moves inspired by Pilates and Yoga, but at an increased pace. It combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga.
The moves in PiYo are more fluid than the static holds in Yoga and Pilates. Moving through sequences of flowing movements means that despite this workout involving no weights, jumps or strain on the body, you'll still work up a sweat and burn calories!
