Pilates strengthens muscles from within, targeting "core" abdominal and postural muscles, giving you a stronger back, better posture, and reducing the risk of injury.

Over time Pilates will improve improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
