CIRCUITS - Our quick guide to what it is, how it works, and what to expect during a class!
Circuit training is a fast-paced class where a number of different exercises are performed as separate stations. You perform the exercise at that station until the instructor shouts "Time!" and everyone rotates on to their next station.
The different exercises can involve a combination of aerobic, muscle strengthening and toning activites.
It’s like a game of musical chairs!
