BoxFit combines boxing and exercise in a great fun, stress busting activity. All the benefits of boxing training with the added advantage of not actually getting hit.
BoxFit classes combine both aerobic and anaerobic exercise, and also involves both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres for an all-round workout. As well as improving your overall fitness it's good for enhancing your hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
