Amy has been using Pole Fitness in her exercise regime since 2007. She is a Level 3 Exercise instructor and so is supremely qualified to adapt traditional pole dancing moves into a safe, fun and effective workout.
Her own practice has made her strong, graceful and flexible; enabling her to perform some truly amazing moves!
Karen was introduced to Pole Fitness by Amy in 2012. Also a Level 3 Exercise instructor, she has found Pole Fitness has changed her body shape and connected her strength in a way that no other form of exercise ever has.
She loves perfecting new moves but nothing beats the pride of seeing one of her Pole Fitness beginners get upside down for the first time.
Tina was introduced to Pole Fitness by Amy in 2016.
She is a Level 3 Exercise instructor and one of the club's Personal Trainers. She specialises in bodyweight training which is why she loves pole fitness; because it builds up core and upper body strength in a fun and enjoyable way.
