Getting Started in Pole Fitness
Several times a year we run a Pole Fitness Beginners Course in our private, air-conditioned fitness studio. These courses are designed to allow the absolute pole novice to learn all the basics and safely progress to our regular Pole Fitness classes.
Our courses for beginners are all supervised by a qualified fitness instructor with years of pole fitness experience. They will ensure you learn the moves correctly and safely to build up your skills and confidence.
Our classes are strictly limited in size to ensure that everyone gets plenty of time to learn the moves at their own pace.

Our next Beginners Course starts on Saturday 9th March 2019, and runs for 4 weeks. Each class is 90 minutes long.

Places on our beginners courses are strictly limited, and demand is usually very high so book now to avoid disappointment!
Please Note: Our pole courses only run with a minimum of four pole students booked.
