Amy    

Amy has been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and has been a qualified PT since 2006. She holds Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Advanced Gym Instructor and Level 3 Sports Conditioning qualifications. Amy's main sport is judo for which she has held a national championship and is an international medallist.

Karen    

Karen has been a personal trainer since 2006 and holds a Level 3 Advanced Gym Instructors qualification. Her areas of expertise include running, weight loss and illness/injury rehabilitation.

Tina has worked in the fitness industry in 2001 and began personal training in 2005. She is highly experienced and currently hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Paul   

Paul is a real action man! He's an ex-pro competitive cyclist, and has also completed more than his fair share of triathlons. If this all sounds a bit intimidating, don't worry - he sounds like a real taskmaster, but he really gets stuck in with his clients and supports them every step of the way.
